1. Managers’ Training and Development
Genesis-HCS methods, built on accumulated knowledge and experience, enables working together with managers to promote a process leading to excellence and higher utilization of their talents’ capacity. In this process we would coach and train our clients’ managers. We would empower them, bringing them to a point where they would use the approach, knowledge and skills we have instilled in them. These newly acquired insights would assist them in performing and executing their position’s requirements in the best way possible.

2. Coaching and Mentoring
Periodically, every manager undergoes a one-hour session regarding his/her needs and issues. A thorough mentoring or coaching program aimed at providing a suitable answer to these needs is planned and agreed upon with the manager.
