Team assessment
Our team assessment services provide valuable insight into organic working or management teams as well on the individuals operating within these teams.
The client will receive:
a) A detailed report about the interrelationships and dynamics between the team members. Their influence on the working environment and the correlation to the organization goals and strategy.
b) Assessment and evaluative report of the individuals within the team including mental skills, management styles, leadership ability, and ability to perform the organizational key success factors, deep personality indicators, interpersonal abilities, potential and direction of development, potential career paths.
